• Another Site Update from Ruby Plaza CEO Tom Johnson
Another Site Update from Ruby Plaza CEO Tom Johnson
With the holidays quickly approaching, I wanted to provide you with a final update to the recent site upgrades.
Ruby Plaza continues to be stable and is back to full operational levels after the migration to Amazon's Cloud. Below are a few of the last updates:
- We have added a new dedicated picture processing server for faster processing of your pictures when they are added or modified.
- If you had a Click Rate and Monthly Budget set for Search Clicks prior to November 6th, we have restored those values, as they had been incorrectly set to zero from November 6th on. You are encouraged to double check your Click Rate by clicking on Search Clicks, then Click Rate from the Sell page.
If you see any issues on the site, as a buyer or seller, or if you have questions at any time, click on Help at the top of every Ruby Plaza page to send them to us.
Finally, with our move to the 'Cloud' complete, and an aggressive marketing plan designed to bolster sales, we are looking forward to a successful selling season.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued partnership, and wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Ruby Plaza.
Sincerely,
Tom Johnson, President & CEO
